The team were helpful! Mr RP impressed me with their efficient entry procedures. Mr Sunil always cleaned diligently, a dedicated worker indeed. I thought the AC was effective, and room service was efficient.

The music from the nearby establishments was quite loud late at night.

The room were very clean and the housekeeping staff kept it immaculate. The team provides fresh towels and linens daily. I liked the pool area. It has plenty of space for sunbathing. The gym has modern equipment and it's well kept. I saw many food options inside the restaurant, everything was great. The check in was super fast, so I really appreciate it.

The bar music at night can get pretty loud. I did request a quieter room on a higher floor, but it was not available. This made it a little hard to sleep sometimes, it could improve a bit.

The front desk provides efficient check-in and check-out. Housekeeping offers prompt and thorough service daily, always smiling. The staff always answer questions very quickly, their service skills are perfect.
