Surprisingly Solid Stay!

efficient entry dedicated worker efficient room service

The team were helpful! Mr RP impressed me with their efficient entry procedures. Mr Sunil always cleaned diligently, a dedicated worker indeed. I thought the AC was effective, and room service was efficient.

The music from the nearby establishments was quite loud late at night.

The breakfast options included many tasty items created by chef Sanjay. The pool area had numerous seating options. The fitness center offered enough equipment to accommodate various workout routines. There was convenient access to nearby metro stations.

Fantastic Hotel Stay!

clean rooms fast check-in

The room were very clean and the housekeeping staff kept it immaculate. The team provides fresh towels and linens daily. I liked the pool area. It has plenty of space for sunbathing. The gym has modern equipment and it's well kept. I saw many food options inside the restaurant, everything was great. The check in was super fast, so I really appreciate it.

The bar music at night can get pretty loud. I did request a quieter room on a higher floor, but it was not available. This made it a little hard to sleep sometimes, it could improve a bit.

The front desk provides efficient check-in and check-out. Housekeeping offers prompt and thorough service daily, always smiling. The staff always answer questions very quickly, their service skills are perfect.

The pool on the roof includes many sun loungers and a shaded area. The gym has treadmills, weight machines and cycling bikes. The restaurant offers a wide array of food options and dining spaces.

The hotel is in a central area with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Public transportation is near the hotel, this is convenient for exploring. I saw plenty of taxis readily available outside of the hotel.

The location was GREAT!!! Miss Monika at reception was cute. She completed my reservation process quickly. The room was ready on time.

i stayed for several nights, and the room cleaning service was consistent. siyam kept my room very tidy. housekeeping and supervisor nibin were helpful. the hotel allowed my family members to visit me in my room.

the hotel lobby can get busy because of high traffic.

smooth process amazing staff clean room

my room was always clean because of joshim. i got free water bottles daily. the check-in and check-out process was smooth. i liked the high so bar, their band, dj and amazing staff. great place!

i found the towels to be of very low quality.
